Ms. Rehr has over 15 years of experience in training facilitation and instructional design in both the private and public sectors. Since joining the LinkVisum team, she has supported projects to develop training programs for the Department of Justice (DOJ) and the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA). During the COVID-19 pandemic, she was instrumental in adapting multiple in-person DOJ training programs for virtual facilitation. Ms. Rehr has earned certificates in Instructional Design and Training Facilitation and holds a BA in Music Theoretical Studies from Susquehanna University.
