Ms. Wardlaw’s experience includes managing multi-million dollar budgets, developing program effectiveness metrics, implementing quality assurance procedures, developing executive and workforce communications products, building change management plans, developing web-based and instructor-led training courses, and fostering productive and collaborative working relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including those at the highest levels of management.
