Ms. Clancy brings over 20 years of experience in training design, development, and delivery for virtual and in-person trainings for federal, state, local, and non-government organizations, nationally and internationally. She has supported projects with the Federal Aviation Agency (FAA), Department of Justice (DOJ), Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), and the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID). She is experienced in training methodologies, competency evaluation methods, qualitative and quantitative analysis, adaptive management, strategic planning, and program design. Ms. Clancy is a Project Management Professional (PMP) with over 15 years of management experience in non-profit and public education. She holds a M.A. in Curriculum and Instruction Design, with a concentration in Computer Education.
