Mark Tregar has over 20 years of experience in human capital consulting across federal, state, and local agencies as well as the private sector organizations. Mark has deep expertise in large-scale consulting efforts, including HR strategic planning, competency modeling, program evaluation, organizational performance management, and HR shared services. Additionally, Mark has experience with data analysis, focus group facilitation, and the use of advanced technology (i.e., Artificial Intelligence (AI), machine learning, HRIS) in HR. As a LinkVisum Senior Manager, Mark serves as project manager and provides Industrial/Organizational Psychology subject matter expertise for the US Department of Transportation (DOT) and US Department of Homeland Security (DHS).

Mark has a Masters of Science (MS) in Applied Psychology (I/O Psychology concentration) from the University of Baltimore and BA in Psychology from the University of Rhode Island.
