LinkVisum Consulting has the strategic planning experience and understanding to partner with agencies to develop agency strategic plans, human capital programs and Human Capital Operating Plans (HCOPs).

 

Organizational strategic planning is a process we use to help agencies stay focused on their mission and vision, maintain maximum efficiency, use the right technologies, and prioritize resources so the agency can thrive. We know today’s agencies struggle to maintain the right balance and may have outdated plans. Our experienced team uses their Federal agency knowledge, industry best practices, and strategic planning experience to provide agencies tailored support to navigate their unique strategic planning and program needs.

Department of Transportation (DOT), Federal Aviation Administration (FAA)

Developed a comprehensive change management strategy consisting of strategic communications, outreach, and web-based training for the implementation of the Safety Assurance System for 5000 inspectors throughout the FAA

Department of Justice (DOJ), Community Relations Service (CRS)

Provided a diverse mix of program support for CRS and its mission of being “peacemaker” for community conflicts. Services included strategic planning, training design and development, annual report drafting and design, website development, and publishing of print materials

 

 

Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA)

LinkVisum supported CISA’s Emergency Communications Division’s (ECD’s) Workplace Optimization Initiative, aligning ECD environment and culture to individual needs; Analyzed Federal Employee Viewpoint Survey (FEVS) for CISA Divisions as part of Employee Engagement initiative
