Ms. Moody co-founded LinkVisum Consulting Group, Inc., in 2007 to apply her passion for providing exceptional client service, creating innovative solutions for modern business, and working in collaborative environments. She has more than 25 years of experience leading teams to assess key human capital business challenges and in designing and implementing effective, sustainable business strategies.
Her expertise includes strategic planning, organizational and leadership development, intervention design, process improvement, and change leadership. A trusted consultant, leadership coach, and organizational development professional, Ms. Moody has successfully advised many organizations in both the public and private sector. Prior to founding LinkVisum, she was a Director at PricewaterhouseCoopers, responsible for change management and strategy for the Federal Government sector.
Ms. Moody earned her undergraduate degree from Syracuse University and her MBA from The Fuqua School of Business at Duke University.
Keith Moody
President
Mr. Moody co-founded LinkVisum Consulting Group, Inc., and utilized his more than 25 years of experience providing professional services to bring strategic direction to the organization. His expertise includes operational process improvement, cost-benefit analysis, organizational design, technology assessment, and technology deployment. During his career, he has supported projects at the Department of Agriculture, Department of Labor, Department of Transportation, Department of Homeland Security, Department of Health and Human Services, Department of the Treasury, and Department of the Navy.
He holds a BS in Management Information Systems from Syracuse University and an MBA from Kenan-Flagler Business School at The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
Zina Wilkes
Director of Human Resources
Ms. Wilkes is an innovative, results-oriented, and strategic HR Leader with more than 23 years of experience driving effective initiatives to acquire and nurture talent, reduce costs, alleviate risk, and ensure compliance. She is an analytical strategist skilled in successfully navigating corporations through periods of accelerated growth, including departmental start-ups, achievements, and restructuring. A collaborative communicator, Ms. Wilkes is persistently focused on building relationships and promoting synergy across business lines to effect cohesive, comprehensive business approaches and enhanced profitability.
She earned her MBA in Human Resources Management and Services from Strayer University.
Tony Souk
Director of Strategy and Business Development
Mr. Souk has over 15 years of business development and capture experience in federal, SLED, and commercial environments, spanning DoD and Civilian agencies, large systems integrators, Fortune 500 commercial companies, and R&D startups. Mr. Souk is responsible for LinkVisum’s growth with new and existing federal customers and manages business development activities across the organization.
Mr. Souk holds a BA in English Language and Literature and History from the University of Virginia.
Christine Lawrence
Director
Ms. Lawrence brings more than 15 years of experience assisting organizations in the design and implementation of strategic programs including training and development, workforce planning, organization design, process improvement, selection, performance management/assessment, succession planning, change management, and communications. Ms. Lawrence is a Project Management Professional (PMP) and is highly skilled at managing complex client projects.
Julie Vianello
Director
Ms. Vianello has over 18 years of experience, 10 of which have been focused on providing strategy, communications, change management, and program management office support for federal government agencies. She has worked as a project manager and leadership coach. Ms. Vianello is a Myers-Briggs® Type Indicator (MBTI) certified practitioner and is certified in the Prosci® Change Management Process.
She earned a BA in psychology from Colgate University, an MA in Education and Human Development from The George Washington University, and an MBA from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business.
Denise Wardlaw
Director
Ms. Wardlaw brings more than 25 years of experience managing large and complex programs, involving multiple projects and tasks for government and private sector organizations. Her work focuses on identifying, planning, and leading the execution of major change management initiatives, process improvement programs, training programs, and IT implementations. Ms. Wardlaw’s experience includes managing multi-million dollar budgets, developing program effectiveness metrics, implementing quality assurance procedures, developing executive and workforce communications products, building change management plans, developing web-based and instructor-led training courses, and fostering productive and collaborative working relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including those at the highest levels of management.
Christopher Hunter
Director
Mr. Hunter is a project manager with more than 20 years of experience in project and program management for large and small firms, both public and private. He has developed risk management processes and strategies for several organizations, and led multiple large-scale implementations from software development to the launch of real property developments. He is experienced in budget execution and management and financial analysis for Fortune 500 companies, and is proficient in financial software implementations and cybersecurity strategy.
Rob Schmitz
Director
Mr. Schmitz has more than 18 years of experience with federal civilian government agencies and large corporations. His expertise includes project management, operational analysis, training and facilitation, human capital strategy and execution, communications, transformational change management, and workforce planning.
With an MBA from the University of Virginia, he has led strategic planning efforts for the Department of Transportation Office of the Assistant Secretary for Administration and Office of the Chief Financial Officer. He has conducted operational assessments, provided detailed analysis and recommended process improvement in a variety of areas with the Department of the Navy, Department of Labor, FAA, Department of Transportation, and Department of Treasury, and he has coordinated communications and training plans with the Department of Labor, Defense Logistics Agency, and FAA. Mr. Schmitz has also led and managed projects at the Department of Labor, Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), Department of the Navy, and Department of Transportation Maritime Administrations.
Tony Yang

Mr. Yang has over eighteen years of experience providing consulting services to federal and state government agencies and large corporations. His experience includes program management, operational strategy, process improvement, and change management. Mr. Yang is certified in the Prosci® Change Management Process and has acquired a broad range of business management and financial knowledge.
He earned a BA in Business Management from Texas A&M University and an MBA from the Boston University Questrom School of Business.
Reginald Perry
Director
Mr. Perry is an experienced management consultant, specializing in human capital and change management initiatives. He has over sixteen years of consulting experience advising various private and public-sector clients. He has executed human capital initiatives, defined organizational structures, identified process improvements, developed and managed employee engagement plans, and led client service delivery teams. Mr. Perry is a Prosci® Certified Change Practitioner, capable of implementing change management strategies.
Lisa Thomson
Senior Manager
Ms. Thomson has over fifteen years of organizational change management, human capital consulting, and project management experience working with a variety of clients across government, healthcare, and finance sectors. Her deepest experience and interest lie in preparing organizations for large-scale transformations, shaping learning strategies, developing learning and communications, and leading complex projects. She has supported projects at the Department of Agriculture, Department of Defense, Department of Health and Human Services, Department of Homeland Security, Department of Labor, Department of Transportation, and Department of Veterans Affairs.
She holds a BS in Marketing from Bradley University and an M.Ed in Curriculum and Instruction, with a concentration in Instructional Design and Technology from George Mason University.
Claudel Antoine
Director
Mr. Antoine is a senior manager at Linkvisum Consulting Group, Inc. At Linkvisum, Mr. Antoine advises federal clients on change management, data-driven decision-making, process improvement, and portfolio management with a special focus on IT and acquisition portfolios. Prior to joining Linkvisum, Mr. Antoine was a contractor managing both domestic and international projects for commercial and nonprofit clients. His clients included Comcast, Ralph Lauren, Duke Energy, Snyder’s-Lance, M&F Bank, CCI South Africa, the National Urban League, the Harvest Foundation, and Nando’s Restaurants charitable foundation.
Prior to becoming a strategic consultant, Mr. Antoine joined General Electric as a regional program manager at GE Healthcare responsible for building strategic product development partnerships in the southeast United States and Latin America. Before joining GE, he was a member of the founding team and head of project management for the Broad Institute of MIT and Harvard, the largest nonprofit biomedical and genomic research company established by contributions from Eli Broad and Ted Stanley.
Mr. Antoine holds a bachelor’s and a master’s degree in chemical engineering and management from Tufts University.
Douglas Haynes
Senior Manager
Douglas Haynes has 15 years of experience in training delivery, design and development for federal, state, local and nonprofit organizations. For the past decade, Mr. Haynes has worked closely with the FAA designing and delivering training as part of large software implementation. Douglas is skilled in group facilitation for small groups and large audiences in formats ranging from working group discussions to training lecture sessions. Douglas was also responsible for working with our Department of Transportation client in developing and facilitating training for new supervisors as part of a transition team.
Douglas is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and Certified Change Practitioner (Prosci). Douglas has a MA in Industrial / Organizational Psychology from George Mason University, and dual BA degrees in Psychology and Economics from Oklahoma State University (graduating Magna cum Laude).
Lori Howard
Senior Manager
Lori Howard joined LinkVisum with over 20 years of experience in private and public sector organizations. As a Senior Human Capital Manager, she provides support and coordination of Federal Human Capital initiatives and workforce planning efforts for LinkVisum clients. Since 2010, Ms. Howard has been engaged on human resources and human capital projects for some of the oldest and newest organizations within the Federal Government. Lori’s work with government organizations includes the Dept of Defense, Dept of Treasury, Dept of Commerce, Dept of Transportation, and Dept of Justice. She has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with majors in Management, and Marketing. Her professional certifications include Professional in Human Resources (PHR); Society of Human Resource Management Certified Professional (SHRM-CP); Strategic Workforce Planner (SWP), and Digital Marketing.
Marcus Gough

Mr. Gough brings more than 17 years of experience managing large and complex proposals for government and private sector organizations. His work focuses on planning and leading the execution of major proposal initiatives while engaging and motivating a diverse group of capture mangers, engineers, project managers, consultants, and subcontractors. Mr. Gough’s experience includes the management, development and production of multiple multi-million-dollar projects for HHS, DHS, DoD, DOJ, among others.
Connie Jackson

Ms. Jackson has over 18 years of experience in training delivery, design and development with extensive experience working with clients at all levels of the federal government. She has supported projects at the Department of Justice, Department of Transportation, and the Department of Health and Human Services. She has worked as a training facilitator, instructional systems designer, and project manager. Prior to consulting, Ms. Jackson worked as an educator for Richmond City and Fairfax County Public Schools as well as a lead trainer for the American Red Cross.
She holds BS in Administration of Justice from Virginia Commonwealth University and M.Ed. from Virginia State University.
Helena Lyttle

Ms. Lyttle has over 20 years of experience in project management working in private and public sectors. She has supported projects at the Department of Justice and Department of Transportation. Prior to joining LinkVisum, Ms. Lyttle had oversight in media and strategic planning at The Walt Disney Corporation for the ABC and ESPN Radio Networks. Her experience includes managing cross-functional teams in the design, redesign, and launch of innovative business solutions to increase productivity.
