SHANNON JOHNSON
Senior Manager
Shannon is a Senior Manager with extensive experience in human capital strategy and management, organizational research, workforce analytics, and training and facilitation. Her expertise focuses on applying data-driven approaches to align human capital strategy and organizational goals. Shannon has helped clients achieve a variety of objectives ranging from starting an analytics practice to enhancing leadership competencies, to implementing talent management process changes.

Prior to consulting, Shannon was a professor for over a decade, teaching leadership development, conflict management, and quantitative research methods courses. During that time, she published research on how organizational culture shapes policy implementation, which Business Insider featured in an article. She previously worked on the Talent Acquisition teams at both QUALCOMM and Mitchell International in San Diego, California and brings that internal perspective to her consulting work and training.
Shannon has a Ph.D. in Organizational Communication from Arizona State University, a Master of Arts from San Diego State University, and a Bachelor of Science from Texas Christian University. She is a Society for Human Resource Management Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) and a court-appointed mediator at the General District Court Level in Texas.
